Decide to have a good day.
That was easy.
No, I know that there is a lot more that goes into having a good day, but realistically this is a great start. Most of the time if we start out finding the bad in a certain thing then it becomes extremely difficult to find the good because we have predetermined that it is bad.
One of the best examples; Monday. Ever since I looked at Monday as a continuation of my weekends it is a great day. I love getting up on Monday just as much as every other day now and it is no longer the dreaded Monday. It no longer ruins my weekend but only services to enhance it.
So Decide to have a good day and Day Light Savings Sunday March 13th, @ 2:00 a.m. Don't miss it.
